What time is check in?
Check in time is 3:00PM. If you anticipate an earlier arrival we would advise you to book your room from the night before as we cannot guarantee an early check-in. We are happy to hold your bags if you arrive prior to your room being ready so you can explore our downtown neighborhood.
What time is check out?
Check out time is 12:00 pm.
What is the minimum age for check-in? Guests must be 21 years or older to check-in.
Do kids stay free?
Children under 13 stay free.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 48 hours prior to 3PM local time day of arrival will be assessed a charge of one night plus applicable taxes, unless otherwise specified in cancellation policy for the specific offer.
Early departure fee is one day room and tax.
How can I modify my reservation?
You can call the hotel directly or modify on own on by visiting our website here and logging into your iPrefer account or locating your reservation by searching the confirmation or itinerary number with the email address used at booking.
Don't know your confirmation #? Your confirmation # was included in an email sent at the time of booking. Please check your email to recover the number.
Does the hotel have smoking rooms?
Smoking is not permitted on premises. A daily cleaning fee will be applied to all rooms where smoke is apparent:
- $750 - King Rooms
- $1000 - One-Bedroom Suites
- $2500 - for 2-Bedroom Suites
- 1 Night Room & Tax for Penthouses
Can I bring my pet?
Yes! Dogs under 25 lbs are permitted. A $250 pet fee will be applied, which includes dog-friendly amenities to enjoy during your stay.
Is there a charge for wireless internet?
The Dominick provides complimentary standard wireless internet access to all registered guests, which is ideal for email, light web surfing and social media. Additional bandwidth is available for purchase:
- Premium: $10.95/day for moderate web surfing, streaming music and sharing photos and files.
- Platinum: $14.95/day for extensive web surfing, streaming video and fast downloads.
What is the closest subway stop?
The Dominick is one block west from the C and E subway lines. Alternatively, take the 1 train to Houston Street and walk four blocks south or to Canal Street and walk five blocks north.
Do the hotel offer transportation to/from the airport?
Our concierge team is happy to assist with arranging private airport transfers.
What are the hours for your Fitness Center?
Our Fitness Center is accessible 24 hours per day with your guest room key.
Does the hotel have a pool?
The Dominick features an outdoor pool on our 7th floor roof deck. The pool is open seasonally, please check on exact opening and closing dates prior to arrival and/or weather permitting.
Does the hotel offer parking?
Yes, The Dominick offers valet parking with rates for 24 hours or overnight parking will be as follows:
- $90 for regular sized vehicles
- $100 for SUVs or oversized vehicles.
Does the hotel offer sofabeds or rollaways?
Yes, The Dominick offers sofa beds in Sohi One-Bedroom suite categories and select Skyline One-bedroom suite categories. Rollaways may be requested for an additional $90/night fee. Both skyline sofabeds and rollaways based upon availability and accommodations selected.
How much is the daily Destination Fee and what's included?
The Destination Fee is $49+tax, daily
The Destination Fee includes:
- $50 daily credit to Sisley Signature Spa*
- $50 one time credit to Vestry with a minimum $250 spend.
- In-room Nespresso coffee and tea station
- Complimentary bottled water on arrival
- Access to the 24-Hour Fitness Center
- Complimentary shoeshine & one pressed item
- Pool access with lounge chairs and towels (Open May 27th)
- Digital newspapers
- First-tier high-speed Wi-Fi
